Schwanenteich

The Swan Pond in Gießen is a child-friendly park that has been redesigned after the state garden show. With old trees, colorful flowers, and expansive meadows, it offers a peaceful oasis in the city. The park features numerous recreational opportunities, including tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a bike/skate park. The wide, paved paths are ideal for inline skating and other activities. Especially in the morning, one can enjoy nature and observe birds. However, it can get quite crowded in the afternoon and on weekends.
