The Apfelwiese playground in Grevenbroich is a child-friendly place that, despite its sparse and outdated equipment, offers some play opportunities. Children can have fun on the swing, the small merry-go-round, and the balance beam. However, the surroundings are not ideal, as the area is frequented by adults in the evening, leading to damage and litter. Nevertheless, the playground is well maintained, and the adjacent orchard invites exploration. An apple tree provides a natural atmosphere, even though it currently has few leaves.
