Smalls and Talks in Cologne is an inviting place for families with children. The lovingly designed play area inside and the playground outside offer numerous opportunities for the little ones, while the adults can relax. The changing table is practical but is located right next to a bamboo partition, which poses a challenge for little explorers. The food selection is appealing, but many cake options were already sold out when we arrived at 2 PM. The service was friendly and quick, but it could have been a bit more proactive to better attend to the guests.
